Gary, “Bed yoga” is a new phrase for me, but I, too, engage in slow stretches when I find myself trying to get back to sleep, or not quite ready to get out of bed. I call my practice “Bed Feldenkrais”, but I think we’ve invented the same thing. Highly recommended. -turner
